What helps us answer faster

• A result looks wrong: include the birth date you entered (and whether it was solar or lunar), the birth time, the birthplace city and the settings shown under the result as "Calculation basis". We recalculate with the same values.
• A page is broken or does not work: tell us the device, the browser, which page, and what happened.
• Personal-data requests: how to ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction is described in section 6 of the Privacy Policy. The Service stores no name or account details, so you do not need to include any personal data that is not needed for the request.
